Consistency Is The Sculptor Of Success.
What is Consistency??
It is acting or doing a progressive act time and again especially so, as to be fair. All of us have heard about being disciplined , being consistent in your work, or make a routine, but we end up losing the track of the same at times.. Why it is difficult to be so consistent ? Have you thought? Why do deviations that come which aren’t even serving us anything, attract us more on the road to success..
Consistency is elevating if fairness is your goal🎯🎯, but it gets better if the purpose or the mission we are trying to achieve is bigger than the effect of other attractions.
If we are living in the creative world🌍, we can create a vision, which is higher than the deviating attractions, we can be our own motivators out there..
Me being a physiotherapist, I have seen the results of being consistent in so many patients of mine , especially when it comes to rehabilitation after a sports injury, or getting more fitter from a fitness💪 or a health goal point of view.
People start to
exercise , they start seeing changes in the body , they feel good , and enter a
positive reinforcement loop , but staying in that loop, requires constant
reward to our mind, to create that as a long term habit . We have to
keep on showing up even on the bad days , the days we don’t feel like
showing up also. These are the magical times✨🎇 , where the mind supports us ,
where as our thoughts are not aligned to our feeling of showing up. That
slight push, even to change into workout clothes and showing up in the gym or
going for a walk , shows our commitment to our body is higher than the level of
laziness or an excuse which we give to ourselves. And the effects of showing up
are seen in long term, which we had once just thought off or imagined for
ourselves..
That high energy levels, that well build muscle, that good stamina , all these do not come over night , it’s an effort of so many months put together to create this NEW YOU IN YOU❕❕❕
I remember back then when I was overweight than what I am today, only thing that had helped me was been consistent with my food changes. Initially it was hard but the minute I started seeing changes in myself , my body , which boosted the commitment for consistency, the way I look , and present myself today, I started loving the process of those dietary changes and enjoyed that boring experience and it turned into a lifestyle. What initially felt discipline, with consistent and determined effort over a period of time became a confirmed lifestyle.

with the marble piece for days and patience to one day see it turn into a
beautiful artefact.
Such is life , if we
start becoming consistent in our actions towards our goals we can be the
sculptor of our dream life.
