Why did I Choose to become a Life Coach?

How Life Coaching Chose Me?

Last year I was going through a tough phase in my personal life, everything felt scattered and falling apart. Even my professional work wasn’t on track, it was probably due to my low energy or the high drama around me. To add to all this, my mother had a fall and fractured her shoulder.

That's when I had my ME TIME, I started analyzing my personal life. I craved for clarity in my life. I was working aimlessly and I knew it was absolutely aimless. I was running in the rat race but with no picture in the head and directionless. All this was very opposite to the person who I am.

With all these thoughts in my consciousness, I decided to start meditating to center my mind and declutter the thoughts in my mind. After meditating for a few days, the picture, the direction, the thoughts started to get clearer in my head, I could pin point on matters which were been blatantly ignored by me for a while. When I decluttered my thoughts, I found time to read self help books, watch motivational podcast. All these worked as an energy booster and I found the positive energy funnel in me.

I started talking more to people, my family, my friends, my patients. I wanted to learn something new, which could be helpful to the me and also help the world. Something inspiring and courageous ignited in me. How could I help my patients even more, I wanted to create a safe space for people to speak to me, how could I render clarity in times of chaos , how to deal with overwhelming situations, then I came across a patient , who was like you are so good at helping others emotionally and mentally apart from physiotherapy.

Why don't you become a Certified Life Coach, it was A-ha movement!!!Now, I got the direction what I was looking for.

The integrity during my physiotherapy sessions created more clients in my life coaching journey, that's how I started this beautiful journey of life coaching and helping others get a destination and a roadmap to the pathway of the clarity in their life and it was a game changer for me. It was actually the quote      “Every Cloud has a Silver Lining” come true for me.\

Life Coaching just felt like a Life Guard. This is what we all need somewhere in life to help ourselves navigate 🎯through life and get us better and keep going because sitting in one place did not make Columbus discover America…..hahahaha❕❕❕🤣🤣
