What we are inside , We only see that in others.
Whatever we focus on becomes our idea of reality. Focus is not true reality , it’s one view , only one perception of what actually the things are....just like a camera, we see, what the photographer chooses to show us.
Do we focus on Good or Bad? Happy or Sad? Positive or Negative?
Focus on what we want not what we fear!!
Inside us , we deal with Physical, Mental, Emotional, Energy losses and Disconnection with the Divine Force.
Let’s breakdown it further.
Our life also works like on an algorithm, just like how social media applications work these days. What we are, we think, we see and tend to meet those kind of people in our lives.
Physical Pain.
When we are in physical pain, we are not able to move around much, we feel fatigued and drained. We start seeing ourselves in life as a person who can’t push ourselves and we start blaming the age or physical ill health, lifestyle disasters and other factors for the same but is it true? Our physical fitness inside out is in our hands, if we have a certain injury or ache or any health issue, we can end up injuring other part of the body and go in a loop of aches and pain or health problems.How Can We Work On It.
Taking charge of our body in our hands and acknowledging and not ignoring anything is the first step. Not only Exercising from an early age and taking care of ourselves but also eating the right food for our body. Hydrating our body better. Eliminating processed foods and juices. The most important of all is starting to take care of our health always as health is the biggest wealth. This is the road to physical wellness.
Mental Pain.
We are at times stuck in a never end loop of negativity, where we are not able to see anything positive happening around us and end up attracting even more negative patterns. We start getting negative results in all the work we do, its like even if something is happening good for us we see the negative in that and then the whole thing takes the shape of a giant negative monster. We become dull energy wise.How can we work on it.
We usually have two types of thoughts: positive or negative, fear or faith, doubt or action.We have to start creating a positive funnel for the same. Whenever, we have to share something good or positive or happy moment, we should say in 5 sentences and negative in 1 sentence only. This tip from one of my mentor has helped me manage my mental blocks and break the cycle of negativity.
Emotional Pain.
Are "our" emotions taking us towards depression or sadness or unhappiness? If yes then, this is disastrous!! We see people, who are often more sad around us in this state, even if a person is happy, we end up judging them ; thinking they are hiding their pain ; under that smile or laughter....isn’t it true?? These are our emotions.Our posture, our constant state of being, everything is affected and we just see everything at a lower vibrational frequency.
How can we work on it .
I personally feel in such situations, we can journal our thoughts and acknowledge them, practice gratitude the most, it’s a blessing especially in the time of crisis or a low energy phase.
We can also understand what we want to feel and then logically breakdown step by step to get there.

Energy Levels.
Physical , Mental and Emotional aspect of our life, if attended too by a wise and a logical mind we can stream line the confusions in all the three aspects . It creates a massive energy which is unseen and closer to our being. It creates a massive boost to perform. Our performance reaches new heights once this logic is applied with a calm mind.How can we work on it.
Accepting and taking responsibility of our life is the foremost step towards it and then we can start to create rituals in our day to day life.
Rituals like journaling our thoughts, how we feel, our emotions, addressing the things that bother us, connecting with nature, meditating or sitting in silence with our selves or just to start with focusing on our breathes.
Spiritual Gain.
This is the calm mind with the LOGICAL answers to the massive influx of the physical, mental and emotional states of our mind sorted by the boost of energy logically catapults us closer to the divine where final understanding sweeps in with the absolute truth emerging out of our consistent effort to overcome the negatives and embrace the positive spiritual force which we have attracted in the course of shunning away all the above mentioned unnecessary negatives towards the bright light away from our unhealthy patterns we live in which can hamper our inner peace. We felt disconnected from our own people, there was a sense of loss in direction, feeling of guilt and doubts, doubting our values, helplessness due to nothing working the way we had thought in our head. Didn’t it happen with us ?Lets cleanse your body, mind, heart and spirit and watch your true self shine.
